Aabacus Industrial LOI

Phil finally received a good Letter of Intent today to Lease some space in the Aabacus Industrial Park on Sunset Road.

Showed Townhomes

Phil showed a New Buyer some DR Horton Townhomes today. The prices are amazing! $50 per square foot.

PR Properties Residential Index

In early 2009 our Index of residential properties reached 202, then declined to 121 in November.  It has since rebounded to 194, which implies a new surge of available homes.
